Shipping Information
Our shipping conditions are FOB (Free On Board, Incoterms 2000) airport Dominican Republic. The buyer pays freight, insurance, unloading costs, due taxes and transportation to the final destination.
Although it is optional and finally the customer's decision what shipping method he will choose, we strongly recommend international courier companies like UPS or similar because of the limited transport possibilities in and from the Dominican Republic.
If we do not receive explicit instructions from the customer in due time, we will use UPS Expedited. The average minimum shipping charge is US$ 55 for the first pound. If we use UPS for orders through the catalog, as a courtesy we will pay a share of the transport costs and charge only US$ 35 per item.
We usually ship out Tuesdays and Thursdays. In case you have special urgency of a product, please let us know and we can make necessary arrangements to fit your needs.
